Welcome to the Alu-GO portal!

The Alu-GO portal has been developed to allow users to share their artworks and their experience related to the creative process. They evaluate each other’s work and support beginner or less experienced fellow users. The portal is also aimed at supporting schools and professional organizations wanting to enhance environmental awareness.

By using the Alu-GO portal you have understood and accepted the following terms of usage:

Truemaker Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of usage without prior notice. Your first login after a modification will be considered as your acceptance of the modified terms.

How to join

If you wish to be registered in the system you will have to provide a valid E-mail address, a user ID and a password. It is your responsibility to protect your password.

Only natural private persons can join the service. Users under 14 must secure parental permission to join.

Data protection

The Alu-GO hosts, moderators and technical team will do their best to handle user data with maximum security pursuant to the relevant legal regulations and the recommendations of the data security ombudsman.

Principles of moderation

Truemaker Ltd. reserves the right to ban without further notice users who abuse the personal data of, or information relating to, another person.

The main duty of the moderator is to maintain the conditions for decent and constructive communication.

Any user who commits any of the following violations will be banned without further notice:

• Registration with a user name that infringes another person’s rightful and justifiable interest or that is protected by copyright;
• Usage of racist or other expressions or wording that offends others’ religion or national, ethnic or sexual affiliation;
• Upsetting the public by using obscene language;
• Engage in open or covert advertising.

Other prohibitions

• Automatic generation of user ID;
• Development of misleading content that suggests it has been supported or approved by the portal’s operator or owner;
• Uploading content that violate other person’s intellectual property rights and/or are illegal or incite to illegal activity;
• Publication of misleading or false information.

User responsibilities

As a user you agree to behave in a responsible fashion and to show respect to fellow users. You shall not use this service to upset or harass other users or to infringe on their personality and other rights.

You are fully responsible for the contents you create including, but not limited to, photos, messages and any other content.

Content

Truemaker Ltd. waives all responsibility in respect of content created by users and as an intermediary provider shall not be responsible for the relayed information. User identification data serve exclusively for verifying users’ eligibility for the service.

Health and safety

The kit can only be handled in the presence and under the guidance of an adult. Do not put any part of the kit or the prepared model in your mouth. Irregular use of the tools included in the kit (scissors, pliers, etc.) may cause accidents so when handling the tools always observe the relevant rules of the Labour, Fire and Health and Safety Information brochure. The model you will prepare is conductive so do not try to plug it in the mains. It is not recommended that children under three should use even the models.

Miscellaneous

You have understood and acknowledge that Truemaker Ltd. collects your and all other users’ data and will use them for anonymous statistics.

Truemaker Ltd., its members, affiliates, lessors, partners, suppliers, consultants and agents waive all liability for the authenticity, content, completeness, legality, reliability or availability of information and materials available through the Alu-GO portal.

You agree to use the Alu-GO service and product at your own risk and acknowledge that Truemaker Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage to property or otherwise that may arise in conjunction with the usage.
